Identity Verification
Every user completes email, phone, and live selfie verification with liveness detection before their first transaction. One person, one account.
Condition Grading
Grade A, B, or C with mandatory defect checklists. Minimum 3 photos and 1 video per listing. What you see is what you get.
Escrow Payments
Stripe holds buyer funds until delivery is confirmed. Sellers can't disappear with your money. A 24-hour dispute window covers any issues.
Structured Disputes
Real-time chat between buyer, seller, and SILIEX admin. Proposal system with up to 5 resolutions per side. Fair, transparent, documented.
From listing to payout.
Seller lists with proof
Upload photos, walkthrough video, select condition grade, disclose defects. Set a fixed price, accept offers, or run an auction.
Buyer pays securely
Stripe processes the payment. Funds are held in escrow, not released to the seller until delivery is confirmed.
Seller ships within 48 hours
Tracked shipping with carrier and tracking number. Buyer can monitor delivery status.
Buyer confirms delivery
7-day window to confirm receipt. Auto-confirmed if no action taken. Item matches description? Confirm and you're done.
Dispute window opens
24 hours after confirmation for any issues. If no dispute, seller payout is released automatically.
Seller gets paid
Payout released after dispute window closes. Higher Techie Stars tiers get faster payouts.

5.5% total. Lowest in the market.
We split the fee equally: 2.75% from the buyer, 2.75% from the seller. No listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, no hidden charges. You only pay when a sale completes.
